Assessment and Evaluation

(Dr. Spenser charges $1500-2500 per full evaluation. Please call for partial evaluation prices.)


Assessments and Evaluations are conducted by Stephen. Test results are interpreted by Stephen and Dr. Angela Spenser.

Explanation of Fees

The fees listed above are established by Dr. Angela Spenser and must be made payable to her. While Stephen is registered with the State of California to perform limited psychological functions under supervision*, he is unlicensed and cannot bill for services directly. In compliance with §2903 of the California Business and Professions Code, Stephen does not personally charge a fee for psychological services. 


As a registered psychological assistant, Stephen is gathering hours toward licensure and is supervised behind the scenes by licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Angela Spenser, Ph.D to ensure that you receive a high quality of care. Dr. Spenser will also ensure the confidentiality of your sessions. You may choose at any time to contact Dr. Spenser by calling her at 619.377.3120.
